Team

Leadership

GSC is co-founded and co-led by two Managing Directors — equal partners with complementary roles. One bridges the established fuel industry into SAF. The other builds the infrastructure SAF needs to become a proper commodity. Neither works without the other.

I

Uros Perisic

Managing Director, Strategy & Technology

Former Goldman Sachs. Founder of Thalassis Consulting, which designed and built the GSC SAF Stack under his leadership — mass balance engine, Book & Claim registry, and marketplace — as production-grade infrastructure, not a prototype.

His thesis: SAF will only scale when treated as a traded commodity with proper market infrastructure, not as a feel-good procurement exercise. The platform exists because he conceived the strategy and his team built it. The approach works because it is grounded in how commodity markets actually mature — infrastructure first, liquidity follows.

Strategy leads, technology follows. The GSC SAF Stack is the expression of a market thesis, not a product looking for a market.

II

Pablo Fexer

Managing Director, Commercial & Operations

Former OMV executive. Managing Director of 360 Jet Fuel — an established traditional fuel brokerage that brings kerosene-world network, deal structure knowledge, and market credibility into SAF.

This matters because too many SAF entrants come from clean-tech or marketplace backgrounds with no understanding of how physical fuel actually trades. Pablo brings the commercial relationships, carrier and supplier origination, and operational execution that turn a thesis into revenue.

Leads the commercial engine — from counterparty origination to deal execution across mandatory and voluntary SAF volumes globally. Knows how fuel moves.
